Import reports

After the import is processed, the first installment of high-quality contact data is shown in your preview. Compare the number of leads added against the number in import file to identify and analyze the causes e.g. invalid, duplicated, unsubscribed, or blacklisted addresses.
After sending a few messages, review additional quality data on the new contacts, e.g. spam complaints, unsubscribes, user unknown bounces, etc. that came in since the import. This way you can compare email metrics for each and every file imported.

Bounce reports

If you need more info on why your emails don’t get delivered, you’ll want to use our Bounce report feature.
